1. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Products should be returned with their original packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect the products as you would in a physical shop, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

Certain sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may be exempt from withdrawal once unsealed, where that legal exception applies. This exception does not automatically apply to every opened product.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
